Refund policy
REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Please contact our Support to begin the return, exchange and refund process, Support team will walk you through the process and help you.
Refund Requests:
- Within 7 Days: If you request a cancellation within 7 days from the date of order, i.e. within the Production period, we will process a cash refund with an 8% Cancellation fee for site charges and payment gateway charges deducted from the refund amount.
- After 7 Days: If the cancellation request is made after 7 days, only store credit will be issued.
Returns:
- Returns will be refunded as store credit.
- Exception: If the item received is significantly different from the photo or description, we will process a cash refund. Please note that the Delivery Charge will not be refunded.
RETURNS and EXCHANGE PERIOD
We provide a Return and Exchange period of 2 days from the order is delivered to your doorsteps.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept the cancellation of your order, during the processing and before we dispatched your order, we will refund the paid amount. And if the order is dispatched for delivery, you will have to initiate the return process. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for our W / Floral Dresses collection because most of the dresses are handmade, and therefore, we cannot initiate bank refunds or cancellations.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING
- If we are unable to meet the specified dispatch timeframe, we will issue a refund to your Uncut-Trends account as store credit, and the order will be sent to you at no additional cost.
- For cancellations of express shipping orders, refunds will be processed in line with our standard refund policy. The express shipping fee is also refundable, subject to the deduction of standard cancellation charges.
Note: While we make every effort to deliver promptly, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues) may affect delivery timelines.
REFUND FOR ITEMS NOT YET DELIVERED
If you wish to cancel your order or if the order was not delivered, please contact us at uncut.contact@uncut-trends.com. Upon confirmation, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply, as your product has already been dispatched. All refunds will be issued as store credit.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR DELIVERED PRODUCT
Uncut-Trends initiate exchanged or refunded after we successfully examined your returned product for quality after the product has reached us. Please note that the Delivery Charge will not be refunded. We do not accept exchanges or returns sent by India Post, as we do not have a pick-up facility. The exchange time may vary as we need to examine your product. Once we have examined your product, we will proceed with the new product size and it will take our standard shipping time to reach you. Please note that the Delivery Charge will not be refunded.
The returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging/box included

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.

When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
We do not accept return or exchange of the followings:
Clothing: briefs, bikini bottoms, swimsuits, one-piece bikinis, underwear, panties, bras, shapewear panties, undergarments
Accessories: facial masks, belt, jewellery, earrings, rings, bracelets, eyewear, beauty tools
Beauty products: all cosmetics, perfumes and nail products cannot be returned once you accepted the delivery for hygienic reasons
If you return one the above items, the product will not be refunded after we receive it.
As it is not fit to resale for reasons including hygiene.
- For Exchanges if the products is no longer in stock or supply difficulties, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any money you might have paid after deducting cancellation charges and delivery charges.
- For return regarding items already paid by Cash on delivery, cash will be refunded to your bank, for this, Uncut-Trends at its sole discretion will request you to share your bank details, through emails.
- If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
In certain cases, such as defective, damaged or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, within 24 hrs. of being delivered to initiate the return of the item to receive a refund. Please note that the Delivery Charge will not be refunded.
You must contact our us at uncut.contact@uncut-trends.com within 2 days upon delivery and provide detailed information, such as:
-Proof of purchase
-Product name
-Order number
-Information about the defect/damage, or missing a part
-Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, other).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
The claim will be accepted if:

The product is unworn and unwashed.

Different than what was ordered item.

For Return/Refund notify us within 2 days of receiving your package via email.

Original tag (s), wrapping (s) or box (s) are intact.
Disclaimer: for claims regarding colors, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photo shooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted and will be left to the costumer’s appreciation. For claims regarding sizing, only differences of over 3cm between the received clothes and the size chart will be accepted.
