This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
GENERAL
All orders for products are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund according to the criteria of our Refund Policy.
EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY
We are offering express international shipping through FedEx International Priority for customers needing expedited delivery for events or urgent requirements.
Once your express international order arrives at our domestic warehouse in Delhi, it will be dispatched to your location via Delhivery.
The entire Express Shipping process, from our designer's hands to your doorstep, typically takes 7-14 days.
For normal Standard shipping orders, the estimated timeline is 2-4 weeks.
Note: Orders purchased with the coupon code 'WLCM' / 'SOFF'or a free shipping offer code will not affect the Express International Shipping Terms.
FREE SHIPPING
Occasionally we provide free shipping with limited time frame, And on some selected products, Or customers can avail free shipping though the use of Coupon codes.
SHIPPING CHARGES
In the case of Non Free Shipping items the cost of shipping will depend on the area pin code in which you choose to deliver our products. Which will be paid during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Terms & Conditions
1. Address Validation
- We reserve the right to cancel COD orders with incomplete, unverifiable, or suspicious delivery addresses.
2. Misuse & Fake Orders
- COD orders placed through third-party marketers, resellers, or fraudulent referral activities that appear fake or non-serious will be canceled.
- We actively monitor for patterns indicating fraud or bulk fake ordering.
3. Repeated Cancellations by Customers
- If a customer repeatedly places COD orders and cancels them, or repeatedly fails to accept parcels during delivery attempts, we may disable the COD option for that customer or cancel future COD orders.

The total time from ordering to delivery to your door will take 2 – 4 weeks
Please note — We estimated up to 4 weeks because of the nature of the fashion market, some delays are inevitable on certain products and can delay your order by up to 28 business days (Saturday and Sunday Excluded). Normally, the whole processing and Delivery period will take 7-14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders are shipped from our International Designers and Manufacturers. After passing through International Transit and Customs, the orders will arrive at our Domestic warehouse in India. Once they have arrived, a tracking link will be sent via email.
RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Uncut-Trends will accept Returns, Refunds and Exchanges only on the criteria of our Return and Exchange Policy.
CANCELLATION
We accept cancellation of your order, during the processing and before we dispatched your order. And if the order is dispatched for delivery, you will have to initiate the return process.
CHANGING OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Currently we accept changing the delivery address only during the processing and before dispatching your order. And if the order is dispatched for delivery, you may have to contact us.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently we do not ship internationally normally. Internationally purchases can be done by contacting our customer support.
TAXES
The displayed price of every products are inclusive of Sales taxes which are already calculated, and there are no additional charges other than shipping in case of non free shipping items and Cash On Delivery charges.
DAMAGE PARCEL
If the parcel is damage please do not except the products, our courier partner will investigate and we will replace the products or refund of the paid amounts.
UNDELIVERED OR EXCEEDS EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
In instances where your orders do not receive a domestic Indian tracking ID for a period exceeding 60 days, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We will promptly refund the paid amount in your Uncut-Trends Store Credit, and reship the order at no additional cost. This gesture serves as an apology for any inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience.
We are welcome any email, or through our Instagram about your confusion including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived, We will take immediate remedial actions.
