But they said it's a normal product and lots of them have been sold with no complaints like this, so it's being treated as a simple change of mind and I have to pay for round-trip shipping
Well... after going back and forth like in the photos, I got upset at how the owner responded so I called the consumer protection agency, and I figured I should leave a review so other people don't buy without knowing
And I saw the same product being sold on another shopping mall so I checked the reviews and the bottom sole is completely the same too. It felt a bit weird to upload someone else's review screenshot so I'll just write it out~
The bottom is very slippery. The last photo is the sole photo I took. If you're going to buy these you should probably attach something to the bottom
The shoe design itself goes well with any outfit so it's fine
